On July 29, at approximately 12:42 pm, Hammond Police Juvenile division, with the assistance of the Narcotics division and the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office, arrested Willie T. Johnson, 25 years old of Hammond. Johnson was arrested on charges of Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile. Johnson had been sought for several days by officials prior to his arrest.
