Sheriff Jason Ard confirmed two (2) individuals were processed into the Livingston Parish Detention Center on murder charges tied to the Ed Brown Road shooting incident: 23 YO K’shune McGee from Ponchatoula; and 19 YO David Lee McGee from Springfield.
Sheriff Ard also reported that the injured 11 YO was now listed as stable.
He said detectives were still following the evidence and more arrests were expected.
Over the weekend deputies with the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to two separate /unrelated calls regarding shots fired – one on Dubois Lane in Denham Springs and the other on Ed Brown Rd in Tickfaw.
The 11 YO girl was an innocent bystander inside a nearby residence when struck.
