Northshore Humane Society is calling on the community to temporarily foster a shelter dog through the severe weather threat expected Monday night and into Tuesday.
While the shelter has made tremendous improvements to the building, it is still 70+ years old and does not provide comfort or relief during extreme weather.
If you are able to help, please stop by their shelter located at 20384 Harrison Ave. in Covington anytime Monday, January, 8 am – 5 PM ready to take a pup home.
The shelter will provide all supplies and food necessary, so it is at no cost to you. Please simply stop by. There are several dogs on-site available. NHS staff will be ready to assist you and find you the perfect pup.
