On November 14 Troopers with State Police Troop L arrested 48 YO Darnelle Leblanc of Folsom.
Troopers have continued to investigate the crash that claimed the life of 64 YO Bryan Schexnider of Mount Herman.
As part of the ongoing investigation, it was determined that Leblanc was impaired at the time of the crash. A blood sample was obtained from the driver of the vehicle.
Once released from the hospital, Leblanc was arrested and booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail on the following charges: Vehicular Homicide, Vehicular Negligent Injuring, DWI 1st offense, and other traffic-related charges.
This crash remains under investigation.
