The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office reported one person died following an early morning incident in Independence yesterday.
Chief Jimmy Travis reported the shooting death of 40 YO Shircreasia Madison of Independence, who was shot during a domestic dispute at her residence in the early morning hours of March 7.
Chief Travis says Madison was in a domestic dispute with her live-in boyfriend, 28 YO Eric Harrell of Amite, which led to the shooting of Madison.
Eric Harrell will be with charged with Second Degree Murder, Obstruction of Justice, and Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
