Yesterday Kelly Kicking Cancer announced they will be hosting their 8th annual, signature fund-raising event, the Shamrock Sprint 5K, 1-Mile Fun Run & Family Fun Day & Festival on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at the Covington Trailhead in downtown Covington.
Kelly Kicking Cancer would like to thank all that participated in last year’s 5k and was proud to donate proceeds to fund research to eradicate brain cancer.
The Shamrock Sprint race day registration and number pick will begin at 7am. The 1-mile fun run starts at 8am and the Shamrock Sprint 5K will begin at 8:30. The Covington Trailhead is located at 419 N. New Hampshire St in downtown Covington.
For those that would like to walk the route, that will begin immediately after the 5K.

Donations are always welcomed.
Registration is $35 a person and includes FREE t-shirt if signed up by March 11th. Family, friends and spectators are invited to enjoy the post-race festival by purchasing a post-race party pass. An adult party pass is $20 and children under 12 are free. Awards, DJ’s and post-race refreshments, including local food and beverages will be available to all registered participants.
