The second woman accused of illegally shooting a gun from a car on a New Orleans highway turned herself in over the weekend.
Police said 20 YO Erica Nettles was one of two women in a social media video shooting from their car on the Pontchartrain Expressway near the Loyola Avenue exit.
NOPD detectives traced the video back to Nettles and 21 YO India Fazande. Fazande was arrested last week and placed on house arrest by a judge until the appropriate charges are determined.
Bond was at set $25,000 for Nettles and if she bails out she will be eligible for house arrest as well.
