DOTD will conduct a bridge inspection on LA 22 at the Tchefuncte River on Wednesday, September 28 between 8:30 am and 2 pm.
This will result in a partial closure of both lanes with the bridge reduced to one 12 foot wide lane.
No wide loads will be allowed.
Expect delays during this time.
The bridge may need to be swung open and closed as part of the inspection.
This bridge inspection is required to insure the continued safe operation of the region’s transportation facilities.
