The Louisiana National Guard sys soldiers with the 1021st EVCC are constructing a new 10-obstacle Confidence Course for the ROTC program at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond during this year’s Annual Training.
This construction project is part of the Innovative Readiness Training that allows their construction engineers to enhance their skills by assisting local communities and builds stronger relationships with them.
