A Hammond boy reported missing Wednesday has been found safe and his uncle, Marlin Enquire Wilson, is in custody, according to Hammond Police.
This came after the Louisiana State Police issued a Level II Endangered Missing Child Advisory on behalf of the Hammond Police Department.
Hammond police said Marlin Wilson was supposed to take the child to school in the car owned by the child’s mother.
The child never arrived at school, and the suspect never brought the car back.
The child was located around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.
