Northshore Media Group is proud to announce multiple honors from the Louisiana Association of Broadcasters Prestige Awards, highlighting the organization’s continued excellence in broadcasting, community service, and storytelling.

Veteran broadcaster Johnny Chauvin was recognized with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award, honoring his decades-long career and lasting impact on the local media landscape. His dedication to informing and entertaining audiences has made him a respected voice throughout the region.
Chauvin said, “It feels like a lifetime since I started in radio, but I wasn’t expecting my name to be called for the lifetime achievement award. What an honor receiving this award especially surrounded by my North Shore media family. It meant a lot.”
Northshore Media Group also received the award for Best Podcast in a Small Market for its true crime series, “Who Killed Roxanne.” The podcast has drawn significant attention for its in-depth exploration of a 1982 cold case murder.
