
The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office (TPSO) has arrested a man on multiple drug charges following a joint investigation with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
24 YO Gerald Toney, Jr. has been booked for Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana, Possession of a Firearm with a CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
During a search warrant of a home on Gemstone Place in Robert on Wednesday, November 6, TPSO Narcotics detectives, who had teamed up with DEA special agents from the New Orleans Field Office, located Marijuana, digital scales, packaging material, cash, an AR-15-style rifle, magazines and ammunition.
The discovery came after a joint investigation spawned by the intercepted delivery of 5 lbs. of Crystal Methamphetamine, also known as “ICE” and worth around $80,000, that was headed to the same address.
