The Amite City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in connection with a theft at Walmart.
On March 26, the suspect entered the business, where he selected several bottles of liquor from the shelf. The suspect then concealed the items on his person, exiting the store bypassing all points of sale without rendering payment.
On April 17, 2024, the suspect again entered the business, where he selected several bottles of liquor from the shelf. The suspect then concealed the items on his person, exiting the store bypassing all points of sale without rendering payment.
On both occasions the suspect is seen leaving in a light blue sedan with a temporary license plate.
