A Slidell-area man was arrested after illegal narcotics were found inside his vehicle during a traffic stop.
Shortly after 5 p.m. Thursday, detectives with the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Proactive Enforcement Unit were patrolling in the area of Brownsvillage Road near Slidell when they observed the driver of a black Honda Civic perform numerous traffic violations and conducted a traffic stop.
Detectives made contact with the driver of the vehicle, Kendrick Wise (DOB 03/28/1994). Wise was found to be in possession of approximately 67.4 grams of THC gummies, 2.5 grams of crack cocaine, 10 Oxycodone pills and 1.6 grams of Marijuana and was arrested and booked into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center.
