Washington Parish President Ryan Seal signed an executive order on Sunday to enact a parish-wide burn ban for the next 14 days.
Washington parish firefighters responded to multiple wildfires this past weekend. They say the biggest fire burned almost 100 acres.
Parish officials say the ban could be extended if conditions do not improve.
