Last night at 8:42 Bogalusa Police said Officers working a basketball game at the Bogalusa High School heard numerous gunshots coming from the area of M.J. Israel Dr at Avenue B.
Officers responded to this location and located two black male subjects suffering from gunshot wounds.
Officers immediately began administering first aid, requested EMS and began securing the scene.
Both subjects were transported to Our Lady of the Angels hospital for treatment and identified as juveniles, sadly one subject died from his injuries. The other subject was being treated by hospital staff.
