Servio Capital is proud to announce its latest acquisition, a $34M development featuring 417 RV sites and 77 cabins, located in Robert, Louisiana.
The property is the site of the former Jellystone Campground/Tangi Pines on LA 445 north.
Every aspect of the RV park will undergo a comprehensive renovation. The project includes paving all RV sites and introducing amenities like a zip line, bike paths, lazy river, poolside bar and grill, ropes course, mini bowling, and an inflatable playground.
Servio Capital is also producing a 5-season reality TV show series called, “Cabin Wars: Flip It To Win It,” which will showcase the cabin renovations at the RV park. The filming will begin Jan. 8, 2024, and will be available on Amazon Prime, YouTube and Vimeo this spring.
