The Tangipahoa Parish School System says since they have not used any of their reserved emergency days for the first semester students will gain two extra days of Christmas vacation.
All TPSS schools will be closed Thursday, Dec. 21 and Friday, Dec. 22. Wednesday, December 20, will be a half day of school for students.
