Covington Police said they were investigating after a 2 YO slipped away from a daycare center.
Shortly after 11 am yesterday, August 22, the Covington Police Department responded to a call of a 2 YO child walking alone near West 21st Avenue.
Officers responded immediately and learned a neighbor had observed a child walking alone near the roadway.
Officers determined the child wandered off from Bambi’s Kids Academy, 1201 West 22nd Avenue, a private child care center, and located him uninjured and in good health.
Covington Police Department investigators are looking into the circumstances of this incident.
