The office of St. Tammany Parish Coroner Dr. Charles Preston has identified 46 YO Michael Anderson of Slidell as the victim of a homicide that occurred around 3 a.m. on Friday, July 28th at his home in Eden Isles.
According to the Coroner, Anderson died of multiple gunshot wounds.
The family of the deceased was notified, although public disclosure of the victim’s identity was delayed several days due to extenuating circumstances regarding notification of an immediate family member.
Final autopsy results will be available in approximately four to six weeks following issuance of a toxicology report.
