18 YO Casen Carver of Denham Springs was indicted yesterday in connection with the rape of LSU student Madison Brooks.
The indictment states Carver, who investigators said was in the driver’s seat of the car, has been officially charged with first-degree rape and third-degree rape.
Investigators arrested Carver and three others in connection with an incident that eventually led to the 20 YO Brooks being hit and killed by a vehicle in Baton Rouge on Jan. 15.
Police also arrested 18 YO Kaivon Deondre Washington of Walker, 28 YO Everette Lee of Pine Grove, and 17 YO Desmond Carter of Walker. Carter was indicted in February for first-degree rape and third-degree rape.
