Striping work is scheduled on Wadesboro Road this week.
Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said crews will be repairing a dip on that roadway as well as striping the asphalt for traffic control during the week of April 3, 2023.
In other road work, Tangipahoa Parish road and bridge crews will be replacing culverts at these locations, as noted: Tuesday, April 4: Chappapeela Road from LA 443; and Wednesday, April 5: Lynnwood Drive off Happywoods Road. Work is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. on the day of construction. Detours will be posted, and no vehicle traffic will be allowed in the work zone during construction. The RPC contractor is scheduled to install traffic signage and beacons on Happywoods Road, Rufus Bankston Road, Wardline Road, North Baptist, and Sisters Road in the coming days.
Miller asks that motorists use extreme caution when road crews are present.
