As of yesterday, the Hammond Police Department was looking for a runaway juvenile, Tonijalay Declouet, 15 YO of Hammond.
Declouet was last seen on March 27, 2023, at approximately 11:00 am.
She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, pink shorts, and glitter slippers. She is about 5’6” and 176 pounds with long brown hair.
