Since its formation in 1954, the Madisonville Garden Club has hosted an annual flower show featuring floral arrangements by its members.
This year the club will be having their flower show at the Maritime Museum of Louisiana.
The show’s theme is “A Woman’s Life” and will feature large and small design floral arrangements. The show will also include horticulture specimens grown by the club’s members.
The flower show is April 26, Wednesday, and is open to the public with a reception from 1 pm to 3 pm.
