Crawfish Cookin’ for a Cause will take place April 1 at the Mandeville Lakefront.
This is a great opportunity to come together to enjoy some Louisiana cuisine and raise funds for two great causes.
Project Red Light for Hope is a charitable project that provides financial assistance to Beth Crutcher Giacone and her family in their struggle with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease). Beth, a 50-year-old mother from Covington, has been battling this debilitating condition since her son was two years old. The project has helped alleviate the financial burden caused by the round-the-clock care she requires, which is estimated to cost around $55,000 per year and is not covered by insurance.
Grant’s Gift Foundation is a charitable organization that aims to improve the lives of children with special needs and their families. The foundation provides financial assistance to families for medical expenses, equipment, and therapy services that are not covered by insurance.
Pre-sale tickets are $35 for adults and FREE for children 10 and under.
Your ticket includes all-you-can-eat boiled crawfish, live music, and access to all the event activities.
