Annual campaign finance reports are now online and in the St Tammany Parish President race the challenger has some momentum.
Through 2022, Parish President Mike Cooper, St. Tammany’s incumbent, raised $102,000. Slidell Mayor Greg Cromer, the challenger in the October election, raised $235,000 in the same period. He also transferred $46,513 from his previous campaign account.
The incumbent reports $169,000 on hand, while Cromer has $277,000 available.
