One of the suspects arrested in connection with the death of LSU student Madison Brooks has now been charged in a third rape case.
18 YO Kavion Deondre Washington has been charged with a crime alleged to have occurred in August of 2022.
The document indicates the victim came forward and contacted the Baton Rouge Police Department on Jan. 25, 2023.
Detectives said Washington is also facing a first-degree rape charge in Livingston Parish for a separate incident that allegedly took place in Walker in 2020, in addition to charges brought in the Brooks case.
