Mandeville Mayor Clay Madden reminds his citizens he is committed to hosting another annual Mandeville Traffic Summit to gather all government officials and entities involved and both inform and answer residents’ questions.
This year’s Mandeville Traffic Summit will take place on Wednesday, November 16 at the Mandeville Paul Spitzfaden Community Center at 5:30 pm.
Please keep in mind that some of the projects are City of Mandeville projects, while others are projects of other entities that might affect Mandeville residents.
The projects that will be discussed at the Traffic Summit this year include: the Highway 190/Highway 22 Interchange Improvements; the U.S. 190 Streetscape and Access Management-Carondelet Street to Clausel Street; the Highway 22/Madisonville Bridge; Interstate 12 Improvements; Causeway Updates; the Mandeville Safety Study; and the Mandeville Multi-Modal Study.
Representatives from U.S. Senators Cassidy and Kennedy, as well as U.S. Congressman Scalise’s offices will attend the Mandeville Traffic Summit along with representatives from the GNOEC (Causeway), the Regional Planning Commission (RPC), the state DOTD, and a host of other elected officials from the state, parish, and Town of Madisonville.
