Washington Parish Sheriff Randy Seal seeks the help of the public regarding a fugitive, 34 YO Jessica Lynn Creel, a white female whose last known address was 217 Derbigney Street in Bogalusa.
Creel is wanted for contempt of court stemming from a hit and run accident in which an elderly Bogalusa man was the victim.
