Next week the Minnesota Park Road sidewalk project will get underway.
Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said work is scheduled to begin on Monday, Sept. 19.
The sidewalk project will stretch from the intersection of Minnesota Park at Range Road and extend to the western side of the railroad tracks.
Miller said the contractor will be working from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily with periodic lane closures along that route, as necessary.
Miller said the project is scheduled to be completed by mid-January 2023.
