The Covington Business Association is meeting today, Wednesday, September 7, at Stone Creek Club and Spa at 1202 Ochsner Blvd. in Covington.
The Social from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM and the Meeting begins promptly at 6 PM.
During the general meeting, membership will be voting on the following amended language to the Board of Directors section of the CBA Bylaws: The Board members shall have the following duties … to attend regularly scheduled board meetings with no more than two (2) unexcused absences each calendar year …and to commit to a minimum of 50 volunteer hours to the Covington Business Association or on behalf of the Covington Business Association, including but not limited to events sponsored or supported by the Covington Business Association each calendar year.
