DOTD says work continues in West St Tammany as ramp closures are planned at the I-12/LA 59 (Abita/Mandeville exit) interchange starting Monday night.
This will affect I-12 Eastbound and I-12 Westbound starting Monday, August 22, 2022 at 8:00 PM and ending Friday, August 26, 2022 at 6:00 AM, weather permitting.
This alternating lane closure will have partial closures of the Left and Right Lane from US 190 to LA 59, Nightly, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
One lane will remain open at all times. There will be no other vehicle restrictions and emergency vehicles will have access. Motorists may encounter a slight delay during this time.
There will also be specific ramp closures during the following times. I-12 EB Off-Ramp to LA 59 (Exit 65 – Abita Springs/Mandeville) will be Closed Monday 8/22 & Wednesday 8/24. LA 59 On-Ramp to I-12 WB – will be closed Tuesday 8/23 & Thursday 8/25. Closures take place nightly, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
