As of late yesterday the Washington Parish Sheriff’s Office was seeking the community’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile.
115 YO Gracie Talley has been missing from her home near Franklinton.
Talley failed to return to home to her foster parents this past Monday.
Talley is a white/female; 5’3″; 194 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.
She is believed to be in the Franklinton area.
