Expect nightly work on I-10 Westbound at the Fremaux Avenue ramp in St. Tammany for a few nights.
The ramp closures will occur only between the hours of 10:00 PM & 5:00 AM each night. These closures are for the contractor to install new guardrail and remove temporary concrete barricades. Motorists may encounter a moderate to heavy delay during this time. Motorists and emergency vehicles will NOT have ramp access to the above listed ramp during these days/hours.
DOTD also reports additional work on I-12 in Livingston Parish this coming week. These closures will take place nightly from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The work zone runs from 1.25 miles East of LA 43 (Exit #32 – Albany) to approx. 2 mi West of LA 63 (Exit #22 – Livingston). At least one lane will be open at all times. Ramp closures will be alternating and intermittent (Weather Permitting). The lanes closures are to allow crews to pave the shoulders, saw and seal the ramps and to clean the shoulders.
