Last night Covington Police officers were notified about a missing juvenile, Isabelle Williams, who ran away from her residence. Isabelle Williams (White, Female, D.O.B. 07-18-2005) is described as 5’1” / 90lbs, with shoulder-length wavy bleach blonde hair and a “Love” Tattoo on top of her left thumb.
Isabelle is believed to be wearing a black shirt and shorts.
