On May 9, 2022, the Hammond Police Department responded to Footlocker, located at 306 Palace Drive, regarding a report of shoplifting.
Upon arrival, HPD officers were advised three black males entered the business, grabbed an unknown quantity of merchandise and ran out of the store without paying for the merchandise.
