Tangipahoa Registrar of Voters Andi Matheu would like to inform those voters in precincts that were changed during redistricting that they will be getting new voter cards soon that will reflect their new U.S. House district.
If there was no change to your precinct/district you will NOT be receiving a new voter ID card for redistricting purposes.
Matheau said there are several different districts in the process of redistricting, and they are working through them one at a time as they are received.
For any elections scheduled in the fall of 2022, those district changes must be applied by July 13, 2022.
