The Nunez Community College Foundation Board invites you to celebrate and support the college by taking part in its annual Pelicans and Pearls Gala fundraiser on Saturday, March 26, from 5-8 p.m. at Docville Farm.
The Gala will include dishes prepared by Nunez’s Culinary Arts students, tastings from area restaurants, soft drinks, music, beer, wine, and a special Pelican Punch.
There will also be raffles, a silent auction, and a bevy of “Pearl-itzer Prizes” as part of this fun fundraiser.
Tickets are $55 each and attire for the event is business or cocktail attire.
Katherine Lemoine, Nunez Associate Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement, said this annual event raises scholarship funds which provide a chance to attend college to many students who otherwise could not.
