
The Slidell Police Department arrested a man who set off a manhunt early Monday morning.
Police began their search for Jimmy Graham near I-10 and Fremaux after he ran from them during a traffic stop.
The 35 YO Graham was wanted out of Georgia for kidnapping, according to Slidell police. He was arrested around 9:30 a.m. after running from an officer around 7 a.m..
The initial attempted traffic stop occurred on the East I-10 Service Road near Fremaux Avenue.
Northshore High School and Pope John Paul II Catholic High School were placed on lockdown, as a precaution, during the search.
