The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office says there was a second arrest in Locals parking lot shooting investigation.
Sheriff Jason Ard said 21 YO Elijah L. Brumfield of Baton Rouge was arrested with the assistance of the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office.
Brumfield was arrested without incident at his residence.
Upon transfer to the Livingston Parish Detention Center, he will be booked on Illegal Discharge of a Firearm and Possession of a Firearm at an Alcoholic Beverage Outlet.
This investigation is ongoing.
