
The Hammond Police Department is currently investigating two separate thefts that occurred on February 22, 2022, at Ulta Beauty, located at 2026 Hammond Square Drive.
During the first theft, which occurred at approximately 1:40 pm, an individual entered the store, filled a bag with $2,927 worth of men’s and women’s fragrances and exited the store without paying.
The suspect left the parking area in a black Honda sedan, possibly an Accord, leaving in an unknown direction. The suspect is described as having long curly hair, tattoos on both hands, and wearing blue colored scrubs.

During the second theft, which occurred at approximately 1:55 pm, two individuals entered the store, filled a bag with $783 worth of men’s and women’s fragrances and exited the store without paying. The suspects were last seen getting into a black Hyundai SUV and left in an unknown direction. The first suspect is a light complexion female, wearing a pink and tan leopard print head rag, red mask, and black t-shirt. The second suspect is a medium complexion female wearing a white t-shirt.
