
On February 21, Hammond Police responded to the 100 block of Wells Drive to a report of shots fired.
HPD Patrol officers located a black Dodge Charger parked in the roadway that was occupied by two subjects.
After removing the subjects, the officers searched the vehicle.
The driver, 26 YO Courtlin Walls of Roseland, was found to be in possession of suspected Marijuana and a semi-automatic 9mm handgun.
The passenger, 21 YO Tyrone Neal Jr. of Hammond, was found to be in possession of suspected Psilocybin Mushrooms and suspected Marijuana, along with a semi-automatic 9mm handgun.
Both face numerous drug and gun charges.
