
The Children’s Museum of St. Tammany (CMST) is excited to announce their CMST Kids Krewe Parade and Mardi Gras Celebrations on Monday, February 28th, Lundi Gras.
CMST Kids Krewe Parade and Mardi Gras Celebrations will take place on Monday, February 28th, from 10 am to 12 pm with a parade at Noon at the Children’s Museum of St. Tammany and Koop Drive Trailhead behind the Kids Konnection playground.
This community-wide event will include special Mardi Gras activities, story time with author Melissa Thibault, of “The 12 Days of Mardi Gras”, a Meet & Greet with royalty from the Krewe of Eve and the 1st Annual CMST Kids Krewe Parade with Mayor Clay Madden as the Grand Marshal.
We invite everyone to come out to the museum. $8 per person over the age of 12 months old and cost includes admission to the Museum.
If you are interested in having your child participate in the CMST Kids Krewe Parade, register on the website www.cmstkids.org.
All registrations are due by Monday, February 21st at 3PM. Registration is $10 (non Museum Member) and free (Museum Member) per pulled wagon float.
Riders in the parade must not exceed 12 years of age. Wagon float spots are limited.
The Children’s Museum of St. Tammany is located at 21404 Koop Drive at the Koop Drive Trailhead. The museum’s hours of operation are Tuesday – Friday 10am – 2pm; Saturday 9am – 5pm and Sunday 11am – 5pm; closed Mondays.
