Jack Strain has a sentencing date.
The man who spent two decades as St. Tammany’s top law enforcement officer was convicted of sex crimes after a nearly two-week trial that contained graphic testimony.
The 58 YO Strain was convicted of sexually abusing multiple juveniles before and during his time as sheriff.
He was found guilty on all eight charges he faced.
Yesterday a judge set Strain’s date for sentencing for Feb. 22.
Strain faces a mandatory life sentence.
