Intermittent and alternating lane closures on LA 443, from LA 1064 to River Rd., is scheduled to begin Monday, January 10, 2022, at 6AM, through Friday, January 14, 2022, at 7PM (weather permitting) while crews perform asphalt paving operations.
No oversized loads greater than 12’ wide will be allowed through the construction zone during work.
Motorists may use the following alternate routes to avoid the work zone: Motorists traveling LA 443 north may take US 190 east to LA 445, then north to LA 40, then west to re-intersect LA 443. Motorists traveling LA 443 south may take LA 40 east to LA 445, then south to US 190, then west to re-intersect LA 443.
