HPD Detectives and LPSO located the vehicle on Pace Street and made contact with the driver, Kevin Montgomery, 43 years old of Hammond. Montgomery said the vehicle belonged to a family member. While speaking to Montgomery, officers located various narcotics in plastic bags including marijuana, a white powdery substance, and four morphine pills.
