St. Tammany Parish President Mike Cooper has received the final report from Owen & White Inc., an engineering consulting firm from Baton Rouge, who conducted a thorough study of the Cross Gates and Meadow Lake water systems.
The study was engaged earlier this year to evaluate and provide recommendations for the optimization of these public water systems in the Slidell area.
Cooper said he is committed to addressing the immediate, short term and long term recommendations from Owen & White and will dedicate the necessary funding to do so as prioritized in this report.
