Last week officers with the Covington Police Department learned that there was a possible illegal gambling ring and narcotic related activities going on at 1301 N. Columbia Street.
After officers conducted surveillance on the location, they were able to secure a search warrant for the residence in connection to the illegal gambling and distribution of illegal drugs.
On October 22,, officers with the Covington Police Department along with Louisiana Probation and Parole executed the search warrant on the residence and made multiple arrests.
Javon Williams was arrested for Resisting an Officer.
Amanda Fox was arrested Possession of heroin, Possession of Meth, Possession of Cocaine, and more charges.
Joshua Walker and Tiffany Beeson were both charged with Possession of Meth.
Katie Grabert was charged with Possession Heroin and Simple Possession of Marijuana.
And Alan Davidson has an arrest warrant pending for Possession of a Legend Drug without a valid prescription and Possession of Crack Cocaine.
Covington Police commended their Criminal Patrol Division and Criminal Investigations Division for hard work in this investigation.
