The City of Slidell has upgraded to a new and more convenient billing software allowing citizens to pay their water bill online, set up autopay, and avoid online convenience fees.
Citizens can still pay with a check through the mail or use the water bill drop box located at City Hall.
Please note when signing up that when people will be asked to enter a “Customer Number” and “Account Number”, that can be found on the top left-hand corner of a utility bill.
Citizens can choose to create an account with an email address to access more features like reminders, autopay, view bills, and more.
