The St. Tammany Sheriff’s Office will host a stop on the 2021 Axon Roadshow October 26, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the parking lot of its Slidell Administrative Complex at 300 Brownswitch Road.
STPSO is currently using body cameras purchased from the Axon company.
As part of the roadshow, Axon will demonstrate other available technology and equipment and allow for STPSO deputies and other law enforcement personnel from surrounding agencies to use some of that technology.
Those wishing to attend are asked to pre-register.
STPSO deputies will also be allowed to switch out their body camera mounts for new mounts if needed at this time.
